ReplyDeleteWell done for creating such an awesome post about the different things you do for your health!
Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, maintaining balance, getting adequate rest, and washing regularly are all excellent examples of ways you can maintain your health!
You mentioned that you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. What are some ways you incorporate these into your diet?
My favourite fruit and vegetable filled snacks include veggie sticks and hummus, apple slices with nut butter, and frozen fruit with coconut yoghurt!
I enjoy finding new foods to pair together, and it is always great when you try a new combination that tastes amazing!
The other day I started dipping capsicum pieces into pesto and it was delicious!
Do you eat pesto? If so, what if your favourite way to enjoy it?
Washing your hands is probably one of the easiest ways to maintain your health. Did you know that you are supposed to wash your hands for the same amount of time it takes to sing the ‘happy birthday to you’ song twice?
Do you think you wash your hands for that amount of time each time you need to wash them?
You have done an outstanding job with this post!
Keep up the great work!
Quick Tip- Perhaps you could draw an image of all of the things you do to stay healthy and include it into this blog post. It would add a nice pop of colour to your post, and reiterate to you viewers what the post is about.
